We have now applied a fix for the issue causing failed phone registrations. Please assist us by unplugging the network cable from your phone and plugging it back in. It will restart the phone and go through the registration, taking a couple of minutes.

We are still working with Cisco engineers to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Investigating

After the recent upgrade, 681 (Including 115 old phones) phones are failing to register to the new system. We are actively working with Cisco Engineers to fix this issue.

Our IT staff onsite is liaising with Cisco to get the issue resolved.
