Technology One, our OneUniversity SaaS provider, will be migrating our service from their Ireland region to London beginning Friday 16 April at 9 pm.
Why is this happening? The OneUniversity migration brings with it a range of Security improvements whilst at the same time alleviating any data sovereignty concerns that may arise in the future relating to data held within the EU.
How will this affect me? The good news is, there is no work for you to do as part of this migration. There are no changes to the system, its configuration, or its function. You will not see any change when you log back in once the maintenance window is complete. To assist in this migration, we’re asking all staff to finish working, save any last changes to files, and log out of the system by 9pm on Friday 16 April. The migration will take place over an 8-hour period and is scheduled to end on Saturday 17 April at 5am. During time please do not attempt to log into OneUniversity until after the migration is complete.
