We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We have fixed the underlying issue with this outage and it was found that our Firewall was at fault.
We are following up with our vendor to ascertain the root cause of the incident.

We've had reports that several internally hosted services such as MedBlogs, VPN, AppsAnywhere, Remote Desktop & SITS are currently unavailable.
We're currently investigating the issue and will update this post with progress.
