Our third-party vendor, Insight, is making a change to analogue phones, during which time the service will be available but at risk.
As part of the ongoing Unified Communications project and with the aim of decommissioning Cisco call manager in due course, there is a need to configure call routing for the current analogue phones.
We don’t anticipate any outage of lines or impact on service, however, if there are any issues with analogue phones, you can report this via Help4U.
