We have now had confirmation from our the Third Party Finance supplier that this is resolved, we have tested and confirmed this to be working as expected.

Thanks for everyone's patience whilst finance worked with their supplier to resolve this issue

We've implemented a temporary top-up to ensure all Students can print over the festive break

We will review this in the new year with further testing on topping up by card.

We've had reports that some Students are having issues topping up their pay2print balance via card.

Our finance team are currently investigating the issue alongside our third-party supplier and will update this post with the progress.
