The scheduled change this morning impacted on connectivity / availability of our VPN for some of our users.

The issue was resolved by the UoD IT technical team and in most instances, a reboot of device solved the issue.

If you were affected, apologies for the inconvenience.

Identified

We've had reports that some people are currently unable to get connected to the SonicWall VPN this morning.

We're currently investigating the issue and will update this post with progress.
