Resolved

From around 17:12 to 17:25 this evening (30/09/2021) My Dundee because unavailable to users, resulting in an error screen. This issue has resolved itself and the service appears to be stable again. We are now in touch with the supplier (Blackboard) to find out the cause and assess if there is any further risk to the service.

For now, we have no reason to suspect there will be further issues and Blackboard have stated that they believe the service to be stable, however, we are monitoring the situation closely.

Sincere apologies to any staff or students affected by this outage.
