Turnitin is now accessible so students will be able to submit work and staff will be able to review and add marks and feedback.
Turnitin is managing a backlog of work, so there still may be some slowness in service.
Their status update page warns that similarity report generation will be delayed
At 9:20 BST, it came to our attention that Turnitin currently cannot be accessed through My Dundee. If you try to open a submission point, you will see an error message that says:
“Sorry, we could not process your request. Internal system error – Invalid response from signing service. If this continues please contact support.”
We have contacted Turnitin about this issue and will update this blog post when we have any further details.
