Access has now been restored.
We will continue to monitor stability.
We have now been advised that the process typically completes within an hour to 1.5 hours, so we would expect service to be restored by 17.30.
Our 3rd Party Supplier have confirmed that this has been caused by a scheduling issue for a patch which should have been scheduled for 8pm this evening.
The patch will continue to run and complete, after which time users should have access to the system as normal.
Unfortunately, we do not have an estimate of how long this will take to complete.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
We are aware that users are receiving a message advising that OneUniversity is in maintenance mode. This was unscheduled and we are awaiting information from our 3rd Party Supplier, TechnologyOne.
