We have confirmed MyDesktop is now available both on and off campus.
We are continuing to work on identifying the root cause of this incident so we can confirm the MyDesktop service is no longer at risk of further related disruption.
Thanks
DTS
Thanks for your patience. We are continuing to work with our third-party supplier on this issue. While we've restored some functionality to allow offsite users to connect to MyDesktop, this should still be considered at risk while investigations continue.
Staff and students will still struggle to connect to MyDesktop whilst connected to the University network.
We will update this page as the investigation continues.
Apologies again for the inconvenience caused
DTS
