TOPdesk have confirmed that this issue is resolved, there are known issues with exchange emails integration but currently this does not appear to be affecting our instance.

We will be continuing to monitor this closely

Latest update from Cloudflare - "A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results"

help4u.dundee.ac.uk is currently available again, we will update this page once we have confirmation that is the issue resolved

We've had reports that help4u.dundee.ac.uk is unavailable.

TOPdesk has identified the fault and is working on implementing a fix with their supplier.

This means that UoD-IT and other teams using help4u will be unable to respond.
