We have had an update from our supplier that they have applied a fix and are seeing an improvement across their estate. We have tested internally and everything appears to be working as we expect however we will complete further testing before marking as resolved

We're aware that there is currently a problem installing applications on the University managed desktop outside of our standard offering in myapps.
Our third-party supplier has confirmed they are aware of the problem and are working on a resolution. This problem is currently affecting customers across Europe.
This will not affect any apps launched from MyApps.
