We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for user confirmation that the system is working as it should
We've had reports that the Mascot service in the School of Life Sciences (mascot.proteomics.dundee.ac.uk) has a fault which means that database searches are not working properly. Attempting to run a database search generates a page with this error: The ms-monitor daemon/service is not running, please start it
The Research Computing Team are currently investigating the issue and we will update this post with progress.
