The data transfer completed on Wed 17th June to allow business processing of student requests. The business services team are now focussing on root cause and preventative actions

This problem causing this issue has now been resolved, the focus is now on re-running the data transfer which is expected to complete by Wednesday 17th June

Investigating

We have received reports that some people are having issues with Occam Room Service, which impacts students applying for residencies.

We're currently investigating the issue and will update this post with progress.
