We have had reports that the issues with Sky Broadband are now resolved and we are getting updates back from users across the University that they are now able to connect again.
Sky has advised that the issue appeared to be with the Ionos’s own UK DNS servers.
If you do find that you are still having issues please try restarting your device and if your issues persist please get in touch with help4u.dundee.ac.uk

Our investigations indicate that our services are currently operating as expected - however we are aware that Sky Broadband users are expereincing connectivity issues on a widespread basis throughout the country ( which is obviously outwith our control).
