We're making a change to Box, during which time the service will be available as read only.

On Friday 7th August the University began the final stages in the Box to OneDrive Migration. We are happy to report that the migration is complete. All user’s data has now been successfully moved from Box to OneDrive.

The University has now initiated a contract termination with Box. From Tuesday 1 September your Box account will no longer be active. Any links to Box in documents and web pages should be updated to point to the new location in OneDrive.

Some users are experiencing issues viewing shared files in OneDrive. Our problem team are currently working alongside Microsoft to investigate this issue. A further communication will be sent out when a solution has been found. In the meantime, if you are experiencing any issues viewing files that have been shared with you, please contact our Box Migration Team via Help4U.
