Access to My Dundee has been stable over the weekend and we are continuing to work with our supplier to understand what happened and confirm the root cause of the issue.

We've confirmed this issue reoccured at 12:40 today.

Our investigations are continuing but currently access to My Dundee on campus is intermittent

After testing this Morning we are marking this incident as resolved, we are aware that some users on campus may still experience similar symptoms to yesterday and CTIL have prepared a blog post which can be found here
