We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
A fix has just been rolled out 30 mins ago for Android devices with Blackboard Issue - meaning users would need to update the App to the latest version and all should be working fine.
No updates are mentioned for the Apple Devices - If you are an APPLE device user and are still having issues, please still log a call with your details.
Users of the Blackboard Application on a mobile device will be aware of the issues that have been happening .. there are various errors from no information to Course/Module Tabs missing to App being completely blank. There are possibly others as well.
Blackboard is aware of these issues which are due to updates that were applied by Blackboard last Friday.
We will update this status when we have any information.
MyDundee/Blackboard is still available on all University Devices, this issue is only affecting Mobile Devices.
