Our supplier is still working on a fix for the underlying issue, which may take some time to fully resolve.

The workaround that has been put in place is ensuring that self-service is available. if you do experience any problems, please let us know

The supplier has acknowledged this as a problem that is affecting multiple organisations.

They are working to resolve this. In the meantime, we have put a workaround in to stop the self-service application from disappearing and also reinstall if it has already been removed.

If you do require an application to be installed that you would have gone to self-service for, you can request to install this application through your device. If you are having challenges with this, please contact us via help4u.dundee.ac.uk

Thanks
