We have confirmed that our workaround allows users of managed Mac devices to access self-service and install applications as required.
We are still awaiting a fix to be rolled out by our vendor, We will update our status page when we have confirmation that a fix is being rolled out
Thanks for your patience

The supplier has acknowledged this as a problem that is affecting multiple organisations.
They are working to resolve this. In the meantime, we have put a workaround in to stop the self-service application from disappearing and also reinstall if it has already been removed.
If you do require an application to be installed that you would have gone to self-service for, you can request to install this application through your device. If you are having challenges with this, please contact us via help4u.dundee.ac.uk
Thanks
