Thanks for your patience whilst we worked with our teams in finance to resolve this issue.

Now that we have resolved the issues around card payments we are in the process of refunding those who added print credits over £10 just now, if your transaction was under £10 this will be added to your pay2print account but if you would prefer it was refunded please contact us at help4u.dundee.ac.uk and we can get that processed for you

We've confirmed with our supplier that the service is functioning again so money can be added to pay2print account from a card, we are continuing to work with them for confirmation on the Students who have been affected so far for refunds or processing and will update this status page in the Morning.

We are continuing to work with our third-party supplier to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, we have stopped the login for this system to avoid any further charges being made without the credits being added.

Balances can still be topped up with money on our pay2print cash machines in our libraries

We've had reports that there are currently issues with topping up pay2print balance via the online card method, whilst the payment goes through the credit is not added to the pay2print account.

We're currently investigating the issue alongside our third-party supplier and will update this post with progress.
