Engineers from our third party supplier have found the root cause of the slow performance and are working to resolve the issue.
Our third party supplier has identified the issue, and is in the process of restoring customer environments.
We've had reports that the Topdesk Service Management tool is currently affected by performance issues. This will also affect the Self Service Portal and may mean slower response times to tickets logged via help4u. Our Live Chat facility is also affected.
