Final update from Microsoft: We've verified that the fix has been deployed to the affected infrastructure and confirmed via customer reports and service health monitoring that the issue has been resolved.

Microsoft Update : We're continuing deployment of the fix and expect it reach all of the affected environments within the next 72 hours.
Microsoft have advised there is a current incident which users may receive repeated credential prompts within the Outlook client.
Current status from Microsoft: They are working on a fix for this and hope to apply this within the next 14hours
