The work is now complete. Unfortunately, we had to roll back as there was an issue with the upgrade software. We will re-attempt the upgrade in the new year, once the vendor can assure us they have resolved the problem.

Our third party vendor is upgrading the software controlling our phone system, during which time office desk phones will be available but at risk.
This upgrade is taking place out of hours during these periods:
• 12 Nov, 6pm-1am • 13 Nov, 6pm-1am • 15 Nov, 8pm to 17 Nov, 11pm
There will be minimal disruption lasting a couple of minutes while the phones restart. Lift phones will not be affected.
While we don't expect any issues, sometimes unexpected things happen. We'll update this post with progress.
