We can confirm this work has now been completed.
We did notice a drop in connectivity as expected which lasted under one minute and then service was resumed.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Our third-party vendor is making a change to our external connectivity, during which time the service will be available but at risk with an expected drop in service between 5:15 pm and 6 pm.
This work is being undertaken with an aim to resolve some of the service outages we have experienced recently.
