Known issue with Annual Leave in OneUniversity

We’re pleased to confirm that the issue with annual leave accruals for those members of staff who joined us during 2022, or altered their working hours since August 2022, has been resolved. OneUniversity has now been updated, and those impacted by the issue can book their annual leave as required.

We have become aware of a technical issue impacting the annual leave of employees who joined the University after 1 August 2022 or have changed their hours or grades since then.

This issue is preventing people from booking their full annual leave entitlement for 2023.

We are working with our Technical Support Team to find a resolution for this.

If you joined the University on or after 1 August 2022, or have had a change to your hours or grade since then, please don’t enter any further requests for leave. We will come back to you to confirm this has been fixed.

This will not impact your 2023 leave entitlement.
