From Monday 10th February 2025 Digital & Technology Services, Service Desk support hours (including Main Library Service Point) will be:

Monday to Friday – 09.00 to 17.00

You will be able to raise a call with us outside these hours by visiting the Help4U Self-Service Portal. A member of the team will endeavour to get back to you on the next business day (excluding weekends).

You can also check the progress of logged calls and find answers to common queries from within the Portal. For popular IT topics such as account and password, MFA, or connecting to eduroam, you can also check our Guides to see if you can find what you're looking for.

If you have not already done so, please set up Self Service Password Reset following the instructions on our Reset your forgotten password web guide. This will allow you to manage your own password and avoid losing access to your account outside of our support hours.
