This issue was been diagnosed by our supplier that the autoscaling of data centre resources failed to meet increased demands. This caused the intermittent page loading delays seen when accessing the web portal. To resolve the issue resource increases have been implemented. This stabilised the system and performance has been stable since.

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

We apologise for the intermittent failures students and staff are experiencing when using SEAtS for student attendance capture.

This has been caused by our suppliers capacity being overstretched. They are aware of this problem and are working to address it. We will continue to work with them until the problem is resolved.
