Update from Microsoft: The majority of services have recovered, and the service is stable. Engineers are continuing to take action to investigate and mitigate any residual impact caused by this incident.
We are now comfortable marking this as resolved but will be closely monitoring Microsoft's status page in case there is further disruption

Update from Microsoft: We've rolled back a network change that we believe is causing impact. We're monitoring the service as the rollback takes effect.
Microsoft has reported that they are currently experiencing a service degradation in the following services: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint and One Drive for Business.
This is impacting users across Microsofts estate and is not restricted just to the University of Dundee
