We've had some reports that the SonicWall VPN will not allow some users to connect.
We're currently investigating the issue and will update this post with progress.
Affected by this issue? Login to the Help4U Self-Service Portal (help4u.dundee.ac.uk), click on the relevant 'SonicWall VPN - Unable to Connect', then select 'I am affected by this disruption'.
