The issue appears to be caused by Cloudflare Service issues

We are aware of an issue accessing our help4u platform.

This means that you will be unable to log requests via the platform, and DTS Staff and other groups who use the system to manage requests will be unable to see logged requests.

We are currently investigating and will update this post with progress.
