As a result of our investigations we will be making a further change during our scheduled maintenance window of 7am-9am on Tuesday 1st March.
During the change window there will be a short disruption to VPN connections and all inbound and outbound telephony (cisco handsets and Teams telephony)
There is currently an issue affecting wired connections on devices on campus as a result of a change made to our perimeter firewalls on Saturday 26th February (C-2202-012). Note that wireless connections are unaffected, and you should connect to the network wirelessly if your device has such capability.
Our network provider is working to identify the root cause and whilst we have identified a temporary workaround and tested that successfully in our Main Library, this solution is not scalable at present, and we are continuing to discuss a more robust way forward.
