We have to restore the network service back to Kirkcaldy Campus areas, whilst this has been done the service should still be considered at risk until we can confirm the full service is restored.
For those who were unable to connect we would recommend rebooting your devices just to ensure that they pick up the Eduroam network correctly.

Whilst our third-party supplier has attempted repairs on the line, the connection remains unstable and as such, we cannot bring connectivity back to the Kirkcaldy Campus in a reliable manner.
We are working with colleagues in the School of Medicine to look at alternative methods of connectivity and this will be communicated to affected Staff/Students when it is available.

We have had confirmation from our third-party supplier that there is a physical fault in the connection between Dundee and Kirkcaldy campus resulting in the loss of network connectivity.
They are working on restoring this as a priority.
