We've had reports that when connecting via the MyDesktop system, those connecting are finding a login screen.
As a workaround, if you click "Other User" in the bottom left-hand corner and enter your normal sign-in credentials you will be able to use the MyDesktop system
We're currently investigating the issue and will update this post with progress.
