A major incident team met at 10:00 hours to review this incident.

Key messages:

  • Services are generally available but there is a variable user experience. This means that some users may find accessing services slower than normal.
  • This affects on campus users trying to access services in the cloud as well as off campus users trying to access services, via the VPN, which are based onsite.
  • Our IT engineers are continuing to collect data to help identify the root cause.
  • Our 3rd party supplier is investigating the issue and we await an update on next steps.

Investigating

There is currently an issue with intermittent internet access for users on campus.

This will affect systems such as email, telephony and web browsing.

We are investigating the issue and will update this post with progress.
