Due to a service outage, the Service Desk are unable to action your call at present. Please continue to email help4u@dundee.ac.uk as normal but be aware that response times will be extended until service is fully restored.Please also note that the Self-Service Portal will not be available at this time.
UoD IT are aware that currently help4u.dundee.ac.uk is currently unavailable via the web portal users are unable to update existing tickets/ log new ones.
We are working to resolve this with our third party supplier and will update this status when we know more.
