We are working on a longer-term plan for SITS remote, in the interim, there may be issues with accessing SITS remote and MyDesktop should be used to launch SITS client.
Thanks
DTS
Unfortunately, the work last night did not resolve the underlying issue and further investigations are taking place.
Using the mydesktop system and launching SITS from apps anywhere will work for anyone experiencing issues.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused

As part of ongoing troubleshooting, we will be undertaking some work between 6:30-7pm.
Any existing connections during this time will be disconnected from the SITS Remote option in Apps Anywhere.
During this time SITS can still be launched from MyDesktop.
We will update this status with the progress.

We've had reports that some staff are unable to connect to SITS Remote.
We're currently investigating the issue and will update this post with progress.
As a workaround SITS can be launched from the MyDesktop System via MyApps - https://www.dundee.ac.uk/guides/my-desktop
