We are continuing to work with our suppliers on this issue for a resolution.

This issue is impacting the ability for external lines to call into the Universities Cisco Handsets

Teams telephony is unaffected

We've had reports that there are issues receiving external calls to the University of Dundee Cisco Handsets.

Teams Telephony for both internal and external dialling appears unaffected.

We're currently investigating the issue and will update this post with the progress.
