The vendor has provided the following update:

The SaaS Team are aware of the issue and have scaled up the DP capacity. Jobs should start processing again very soon.

Colleagues in Finance will be monitoring to check that jobs start running/clearing.

We have been made aware of an issue with transmitting orders, and processing and posting documents within One University - Finance and Procurement.

The issue has been raised with the vendor and is currently being investigated.
