We are currently aware of card payments being rejected when topping up Pay2Print balances online.

We are working with our colleagues in Finance and are currently awaiting a fix being rolled out by our third-party supplier for this issue.

Unfortunately, we do not have a timeframe for when this fix will be applied but we will post any updates here when we know more.

In the meantime, to add money to your Pay2Print account, you can try using another card or top up using cash at the cash loaders located on the ground floor of the Main Library or the DJCAD Library.

If you are still having issues adding print credit to your card, please either log a ticket with us via our Self Service Portal (help4u.dundee.ac.uk) or visit the IT Service Point in the Main Library.
