Our vendor has advised that remedial work will take place tomorrow morning, Sat 14th June, beginning at 09.00 and expected to last for 2 hours.
During this work users will be unable to connect to MyDesktop via the client or web mydesktop.dundee.ac.uk. PCs in the Library will be unaffected during this work.
We are aware that some users will experience connection issues to MyDesktop following this maintenance, affecting users trying to connect via the client.
Users should use 'MyDesktop Web Access' in the meantime. You may also need to use an InPrivate/Incognito session to access.
The PCs in the library are not affected. as they use a different method for connection.
We've raised a call with the vendor, and will update this post with progress.

We will be updating the MyDesktop service on Thursday 12th June between 17.30 and 20.30.
This will affect both virtual and physical MyDesktop devices.
The work will cause interruptions to being able to access the service, so users are advised to ensure they're logged off prior to 17.30.
