We are aware that email messages being sent from our help4u mailbox via our Service Management Tool, Topdesk, are being flagged as 'unverified sender'.

This has been raised with our vendor and we are currently awaiting a response. You can always check on the status of your call and update it at anytime by using the self service portal. - help4u.dundee.ac.uk
