UoD App issues on Android devices

This incident has now been confirmed as resolve by our 3rd Party Supplier. Thanks for your patience.

We are still working with our 3rd Party supplier for a resolution to this issue. This post will be updated when we have further details. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Our Suppliers are still investigating the issue and when we have more information we will update you.

Blackboard issue was resolved yesterday

The UoD App still appears to be broken on Android and we are still waiting for an update from the supplier.  Apple devices are still working fine which accounts for approx 75% of our users. We will update this status when we have more information from our supplier.

Blackboard app issue is now resolved .. we are still looking at the UOD App issue. ..

The UoD App is crashing on login and also the Blackboard App on Android devices ....

The UoD app works if you are already signed in, but if you need to sign in, the app crashes right as you accept the terms of service. Blackboard App is not available.

We are looking into these issues and it has been logged with our support.
