UoD-IT have been actively monitoring SITS after an interruption this morning causing issues getting logged into the SITS application

UoD-IT is aware of issues stopping staff accessing SITS which were reported around 7 am with successful connections resuming around 8:15 am.

The underlying issue is now resolved and connections can be made to the SITS Client

We are continuing to monitor this service if you are still having issues accessing SITS please let us know via help4u.dundee.ac.uk

We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it. If you have tried without success to connect to SITS Remote, please restart your device and attempt to reconnect. If issues persist please let us know via the Self Service Portal.
