We have now identified the problem and are contacting all users that logged a ticket via help4u

We are experiencing issues with Adobe Creative Cloud including but not limited to :

  • Activation
  • Creative Cloud Offline -Creative Cloud flickering between offline and online

If you are impacted by this issue please log a ticket via the Self Service Portal (help4u.dundee.ac.uk) and quote 'Abode Creative Cloud' in your brief description.
