TOPdesk have now resolved the incident. A fix was implemented to resolve an issue caused by unscheduled maintenance. Thanks for your patience.
We have been made aware that TOPdesk are investigating an issue in their datacenters.
Our on premise service is still running, however you may find some slowness and/or odd behaviour.
