We've been working with our third-party supplier on resolving this issue and have managed to get the Telephony Service restored, further remediation work will be required which we will communicate nearer the time.

We've had reports that making telephony calls both to internal numbers and to external numbers at the University is not currently working, this is also affecting the ability to dial externally into the University.
We're currently investigating the issue alongside our third-party supplier and will update this post with progress.
