The MEMO research group are experiencing issues with their VPN (which is impacting their ability to access various MEMO services).
The MEMO VPN is not part of the DTS Service Catalogue however our engineers are endeavouring to assist MEMO with this issue.
For clarity, this issue is affecting a small number of MEMO staff and relates to the MEMO VPN (not the University of Dundee VPN).
If you are a member of MEMO staff and affected by this issue, raise a call within our TOPdesk system and include a reference to 2405-2963 MEMO VPN instability.
