This incident has now been resolved. Thanks for your patience.
We are still investigating the Turnitin issue that is preventing any and all access to Turnitin in My Dundee (submission, similarity checking, marking, feedback). CTIL is systematically contacting all modules with active assignment due today and will start to do the same for modules with assignments due next week.

We are aware of an issue affecting Turnitin at present. We are investigating as a matter of urgency as we know there are submission dates due. If you are scheduled to submit work via Turnitin in the coming days, please check in with your School who will provide alternative methods for submissions.
