HRPROD (P3) database connectivity problem - impacting downstream system feeds/integrations, and COGNOS reporting using the HR/Payroll data packages
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
We have identified that several overnight feeds/integrations which rely on a connection to HRPROD (P3), and COGNOS reporting linked to HR/Payroll data packages are not working as expected/required.
We're currently investigating this alongside our third party supplier and will update this post with progress.
