We're updating our Apple device management platform
The planned upgrade to the Apple device management platform failed and we have reverted to the snapshot. We'll continue with the planned upgrade when more information becomes available and will update the status page with progress.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We're upgrading our Apple device management platform, during which time users will be unable to enrol new devices or access self-service and the service should be considered at risk.
With the upcoming release of macOS Ventura, due sometime in October, devices will start to leave the factory with the new OS preinstalled. Due to this, we need to update our systems to accommodate the new features of this operating system.
While we don't expect any issues, sometimes unexpected things happen. We'll update this post with progress.
